摘要
利用HACH公司的DR2800型COD反应器,用自制药剂代替HACH专用药剂,确立了高、低两种量程COD浓度的分光光度测定法。COD在100 mg·L-1至1 000 mg·L-1时,测定波长为600 nm,方法检出限为12 mg·L-1。COD在10 mg·L-1至100 mg·L-1时,测定波长为440 nm,方法检出限为8 mg·L-1。加标回收率在90%~110%之间。测定费用低,准确度和精密度高,测定结果令人满意。
Spectrophotometry for determination of COD with high/low two ranges can be achieved by using HACH DR2800 COD detector with self- make reagents instead of the special reagents of HCAH. The detecting wave- length is 600 nm ranged from 100 mg · L-1 to 1 000 mg · L-1. Detection limit of method is 12 mg · L-1. The detec- ting wavelength is 440 nm ranged from 10 mg · L-· to 80 mg · L-1. Detection limit of method is 8 mg · L-1. The re- covery rate of samples is between 90% · 110%. The results are satisfied because of the low cost, high accuracy and precision.
