锥角对导叶式旋流器分离性能影响试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 在其它结构参数和操作参数不变的情况下,对锥角为5°、7°和10°的导叶式固液分离旋流器的分离性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,在一定范围内,7°锥角旋流器总分离效率最高、压降较低;锥角不同,对不同粒径的固体颗粒的分离效率不同;随着锥角的减小,旋流器对悬浮物颗粒的分离效率呈上升的趋势。 Vane-guided solid-liquid separation hydrocyclone with three different kinds of taper angles in terms of 5°, 7° and 10° was researched while with other structural parameters and operating parameters remain unchanged. The experimental results demonstrate that vane-guided hydrocyclone with taper angles of 7° is best characterized by the highest separation efficiency, a comparatively low pressure drop ; there is a definite link between the angle of cone and the separation efficiency of solid particles which have different grain diameters; there is an upward trend as to the separation efficiency of suspended matters with the angle of cone decreasing.
