摘要
通过对利用差压脉动特性,来测量汽液两相流量的2种测量方法分析后,发现尽管两种测量模型不同,但其测量机理相似。于是借鉴2种测量模型各自的优点,选定了测量方法。在完成对标准孔板改进后,结合此测量方法,实现运用单一节流件,完成了汽液两相流量的双参数测量。试验结果表明,干度的测量误差≤±4.9%,质量流量测量误差≤±9.7,而且在试验范围内B和x基本呈现单值函数关系。
Through the analysis of two measurement methods that use pressure fluctuation characteristics to measure gas-liquid two-phase flow, finds that despite two measurement models is different, but the mechanism of measurement is similar. So, it can get a measurement method by absorbing two measurement models of their respective advantages. Using this method combines with Tapered orifice which is improved from standard orifice can realize double parameters measurement of gas-liquid two-phase flow. Experimental results show that the dryness of the measurement error ≤± 4.9% and mass flow measurement error ≤± 9.7. What' s more, B and x is basic a single value function relation within the experimental range.
