感觉是运动的前提 ,感觉功能的恢复可以促进患者运动功能的改善,因此 ,在临床上如何正确认识与评价感觉障碍 ,对于促进脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能的康复有着特殊重要的意义。以下就感觉障碍的有关问题如感觉障碍的临床表现、感觉障碍对运动功能的影响、感觉功能评价方法、感觉功能再训练等问题分别加以叙述。

Sensation is closely related to movement.The rahabilitation of movement function is promoted by that of sensation.Soit is most significant for the rehabilitation of movement in stroke patients with hemiplegia to achieve correct understanding and objective testing of sensory dysfunction.The problems related to sensory dysfunction,such as that of clinical manifestation,effect on movement,testing methods,rehabilitation.etc,are discussed below.
