我国的工业现代化建设只有走产业结构相对高度化、经营组织规模合理化和经济发展集约化的道路,才能带动整个国民经济稳定而协调地发展,将我国的现代化建设提高到一个新的水平。然而,理性的认识不等于现实的实践。本文以上海的企业组织结构为研究对象,从现状分析入手探索合理调整企业组织结构、提高规模经济效益的途径与方式。

This article probes into the rationalization, systematization and normalization of the organizational structure of Shanghai's enterprises as well as the ways and forms of upgrading the benefits of the enterprises' scale economy starting from the analysis of the status quo with the organizational structure of Shanghai's enterprises as the subject of study.
