1-MCP处理对‘凉香’苹果耐藏性的影响

摘要 以‘凉香’苹果为试材,研究1.0μL/L的1-MCP处理后对贮藏品质的影响,以果实不处理为对照。结果表明,处理能较好地保持果实的硬度,减缓果实可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量的下降。1-MCP处理的果实在20℃常温条件下贮藏85天和0℃冷藏条件下贮藏200天仍较好地保持果实的外观颜色和风味,而对照果实在两种温度条件下分别贮藏55天和140天时便失去食用价值。
