摘要
以吉林省东南部长白山区选出的10株花曲柳优树所采种子及其当年生播种苗为材料,研究其种子性状变异及子代苗期生长表现,结果表明:不同花曲柳优树在种子形态、种子质量、发芽能力和子代播种苗生长方面变异均较大。不同优树之间种子形态(主要是种子长、种子宽和胚长)与种子质量有很强的相关性,子代播种苗的苗高和地径之间有很强的相关性,但种子形态和质量与种子发芽率及苗木早期生长指标的相关性都不大,不能通过种子的形态、质量和发芽率等指标来对不同优树个体进行早期选择。5、6和9号优树的子代苗期生长表现较好,可以作为优良家系加以保护和利用,3、4和10号优树的子代苗期生长表现中等,1、2、7和8号优树的子代苗期生长表现较差。
The seed and one year old seedling of different Fraxinus rhynohophylla plus trees from Changbai Mountain forest area in southeast of Jilin Province were selected as research material in this study to examine seed character variation and filial generation seedling growth performance, and the results showed that: there were obvious variation on seed morpholo- gy, seed weight, seed germination capacity and filial generation seedling growth between different plus trees of Fraxinus rhynohophylla. There were obvious correlations on seed morphology (especially seed length, seed width and embryo length) and seed weight between different plus trees, and also on filial generation seedling height and root collar diameter, but the correlations on seed morphology and seed weight with seed germination capacity and seedling early growth were very small, so we could not do early selection on individual plus tree through seed morphology, seed weight, seed germination rate and other indexes. The No. 5, No. 6 and No. 9 plus tree had a good performance on filial generation seedling growth, they should be more used as good genetic resources. The No. 3, No. 4 and No. 10 plus tree had a moderate performance on filial generation seedling growth, and the No. 1, No. 2, No. 7 and No. 8 plus tree had a bad performance on filial generation seedling grawth
