Properties of bamboo ceramics with different densities

摘要 以酚醛树脂与毛竹竹粉为原料制备竹陶瓷,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)技术分别对竹陶瓷的微观构造与物相进行表征,研究了竹粉饼密度对竹陶瓷的密度、炭得率、体积干缩率的影响。结果表明,竹粉饼密度对竹陶瓷结晶性影响不大。竹陶瓷的炭得率随竹粉饼密度的增加呈现先增加而后小幅下降的趋势,体积干缩率随竹粉饼密度的增加而增加。 A new bamboo ceramic was prepared by using phenol-formaldehyde resin and bamboo powder. Microstructure and phase identification of bamboo ceramic was characterized by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The effect of density of bamboo powder cake on apparent density, carbon residue ratio and volume shrinkage of bamboo ceramics was investigated. The results showed that the density of bamboo powder cake had no significant influence on crystallinity of bamboo ceramic. The carbon residue ratio increased with the rise of bamboo powder cake density except a little decrease at even higher density level. The volume shrinkage was found to increase with the rise of bamboo powder cake density.
