摘要
以野生观赏植物灰白蜡瓣花为研究对象,研究其组织培养技术,解决其常规手段不易繁殖的问题。试验采用保护地苗圃的植株作为试材,分别进行不同培养基的叶芽萌发、增殖、愈伤组织诱导和增殖,选取平均长度等作为最优选取指标,利用SAS进行方差分析和多重比较,最后筛选出适宜培养基分别为:MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA、MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L IBA、MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L NAA+0.5mg/L 2,4-D、MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L 2,4-D。
In order to solve the problem of difficulty to propagate with conventional methods for a wild ornamental plant called Corylopsis glandulifera var. hypoglauca, tissue culture was studied. The test materials were from plants at protected nursery, sprouting in different medium, proliferation of sprouts, induction of callus and proliferation of callus were taken. The resuits showed that the suitable mediums were : MS + 3.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.5 mg,/L NAA(sprouting) , MS + 1.0 mg/L 6-BA +0.5 mg/L IBA( proliferation of sprouts) ,MS +2.0 mg/L 6-BA +0.5 mg/L IBA +0.5 mg/L NAA +0.5 mg/L 2,4-D ( induction of callus) , MS + 1.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.1 mg/L 2,4-D ( proliferation of callus), by the analysis of variance with SAS and multiple comparisons with the indexes of average height.
