It discussed the analytic method（HPLC） of sugars, organic acids and ethanol content in production of ethanol from corn by liquid method. The method used in the production and application of the ethanol, which resolved the problem thatchemical methods could not simultaneously determine the exact content of residual sugar, organic acids and etananol. It provided an effective way for production.
