浅析抽余油回炼对重整操作的影响

A brief analysis on the effect of recycling raffinate oil for the reforming operation

介绍了抽余油回炼至重整预分馏塔前后对重整预加氢反应部分、重整反应部分、预加氢催化剂、重整催化剂以及重整产品分布情况的影响。得出抽余回炼后增加重整原料效果明显,通过近半年的运行来看对重整操作影响较小。

This thesis analyses the effects on hydrogenating reaction section, reforming reaction, hydrogenating catalyzer, reforming catalyzer and the distribution of reforming products, before and after recycling raffinate oil is reacted in prefractionator. The result shows that recycling raffinate oil has increased reforming feedstock significantly. Through six months of operation, it indicates that recycling raffinate oil affected reforming operation slightly.
