温肾活血汤配合头皮针治疗急性脑梗死疗效及对CRP、UA、FIB的影响

Effect of Wenshen Huoxue decoction combined with scalp acupuncture on acute cerebral infarction and effect on CRP,UA,FIB

目的观察温肾活血汤配合头皮针治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对CRP、UA、FIB等指标的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法将120例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,对照组按急性脑梗死常规处理,并进行康复训练;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,每日服中药温肾活血汤,并配合头皮针治疗。2组疗程均为2周,观察治疗前后患者的C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原、尿酸、神经功能缺损评分变化及临床疗效。结果治疗组C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原、尿酸及神经功能改善情况均优于对照组(P均<0.05),总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温肾活血汤配合头皮针能改善急性脑梗死患者脑血液循环,减轻神经功能缺损,提高治愈、好转率,降低致残率。

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Wenshen Huoxue decoction combined with scalp acupuncture on acute cerebral infarction with CRP, and the effect on UA, FIB, and to explore its mechanism. Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with normal therapy for acute cerebral infarction and given rehabilitation; while the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Wenshen Huoxue decoction combined with scalp acupuncture. Both the treatment courses were 2 weeks. The changes of CRP, UA, FIB, uric acid, neural function defect scores of the patients before and after treat- ment and the clinical curative effect were observed. Results In the treatment group, the improvements of CRP, UA, FIB and neurological function were better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05） , and the total effective rate was obviously higher than that in the control group（P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Wensben Huoxue decoction combined with scalp acupuncture can im prove cerebral blood circulation, relieve nervous function defect, improve the cure rate, improvement rate, reduce the disability rate in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
