瑶医药饼外敷联合加味茵陈宣痹汤治疗痛风性肾病疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Yao medical cake application combined with Yinchen Xuanbi decoction on gouty nephropathy

目的观察瑶医药饼外敷联合加味茵陈宣痹汤内服治疗痛风性肾病的临床疗效。方法 61例痛风性肾病患者随机分为2组,治疗组31例采用瑶医药饼外敷联合加味茵陈宣痹汤内服治疗,对照组30例给予秋水仙碱片及别嘌醇片治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后血尿酸、血沉、血肌酐、尿素氮、尿NAG酶的指标变化并记录临床症状变化。结果治疗组患者的关节疼痛及压痛、关节红肿及关节活动障碍的减轻程度及血尿酸、血沉、血肌酐、尿素氮的下降程度均优于对照组(P均<0.05),且不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑶医药饼外敷联合加味茵陈宣痹汤治疗痛风性肾病疗效好,能降低血尿酸、血肌酐、尿素氮、血沉,改善临床症状及肾功能,无毒副作用,安全性较好。

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Yao medical cake external application combined with Yinehen Xuanbi decoction for oral administration on＇gouty nephropathy. Methods 61 cases of patients with gouty nephropathy were randomly divided into 2 groups： the treatment group （n = 31 ） was treated with Yao medical cake external application combined with Yinchen Xuanbi decoction for oral administration, and the control group （ n = 30） was treated with Colchicine tablets and Allopurinol tablets. The changes of blood urine acid, ESR, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, urea NAG enzyme were observed and the changes of clinical symptoms were recorded in both groups. Results The relieving degrees of joint pain, pressing pain, red and swollen and physical inactivity and the decreasing degrees of blood urine acid, ESR, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen were all better in treatment group than that in ~ontrol group（P 〈 0.05）. The side effect occurrence rate in treat- ment group was lower than that in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Yao medical cake external application combined with Yinchen Xuanbi decoction has a good effect on gouty nephropalhy, which can decrease＂ blood urine acid, ESR, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, improve clinical symptoms and renal function with a good safety.
