摘要
文章介绍了ZS195柴油机无氮(O2/CO2)燃烧试验装置,对柴油机在无氮进气条件下的起动性和排放特性进行了试验研究,试验结果表明,无氮进气(O2/CO2)的混合程度对发动机的运行有显著影响,无氮进气条件下,进气中O2体积分数为0.6时,柴油机排放中NOx排放量与常规进气相比显著降低,HC、CO的排放量略有增加。
An experimental device used for the O2/CO2 combustion of ZS195 diesel engine is introduced.Experimental study on the startability and emission characteristics of the engine under O2/CO2 combustion condition was conducted.Experimental results indicate that the mixing degree of O2/CO2 produces a significant effect on the engine operation.When the volume fraction of O2 is 0.6,compared with traditional air intake,NOx emissions of diesel engine decrease remarkably and HC and CO emissions increase slightly under O2/CO2 combustion condition.
