摘要 齿轮是风力发电机增速箱最重要的传动零件,由于风力发电是依靠自然风,而风速的随机变化性很大,又造成了增速齿轮的应力随机性变化对齿轮的硬度及抗疲劳能力提出了很高的要求,所以对齿轮动态数值计算是非常必要的。文章利用SOLIDWORKS的齿轮插件,建立风力发电机增速箱齿轮对的实体模型,并运用ANSYS对其进行动态分析,模拟齿轮转动时的工况,对齿轮进行应力分析,找出轮齿啮合时的应力分布规律,对数值计算与理论计算进行比较,验证了数值计算的准确性。 The gear is the most important transmission part of wind turbine's speed-increasing box.The wind power generation is largely dependent on natural wind,and the random changes of wind speed cause the stress changes of speed-increasing gear at any time.This sets very high requirements for gear hardness and resistance to fatigue.So the dynamic numerical calculation of the gear is necessary.In this paper,the entity model of the wind turbine's speed-increasing gear box is established by SOLIDWORKS gear plug-in,and the dynamic analysis of it is done by using ANSYS.The conditions when the gears are rounding are simulated,and the stress analysis is made to find out the stress distribution law of gear tooth contact.The results of numerical calculation and those of theoretical calculation are compared to verify the accuracy of the numerical calculation.
