基于延期支付与延期交货的最优库存策略研究

Study of optimal inventory policy under permitted delay of payment and delivery

文章以由供应商、零售商组成的两阶段供应链为研究对象,供应商给零售商全部延期支付期限,考虑了缺货产品的情形,建立了相应的零售商库存决策模型;通过EOQ模型的分析求解,得出零售商在上述情况下的最优补货周期的判定方法,并通过算例说明了模型的有效性。

A supply chain composed of a supplier and a retailer is considered.In this supply chain,it assumes that the supplier offers a full trade credit to the retailer with shortage consideration.An economic order quantity（EOQ） model is developed for this problem.With this model,the optimal replenishment cycle time is derived for the retailer.A numerical example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
