摘要
为研究污泥负荷(F/M)和碳源类型对活性污泥胞内贮存物的形成、转化及反应器脱氮、除磷性能的影响,在碳源分别为乙酸钠、葡萄糖和模拟生活污水条件下通过间歇试验研究F/M分别为0.46 g/(g.d)和0.36 g/(g.d)(以单位质量污泥计)时,胞内贮存物聚羟基烷酸酯(PHA)和糖原的含量变化以及反应器系统的脱氮、除磷性能。试验结果表明:不同碳源反应器中胞内贮存物含量的变化以及系统的脱氮、除磷性能存在较大差异,以乙酸钠和模拟生活污水为碳源时,活性污泥胞内最高PHA质量比分别为90.5 mg/g和47.3 mg/g(以单位质量挥发性污泥计),高于葡萄糖为碳源时的含量;F/M为0.46 g/(g.d)时,胞内贮存物的含量高于F/M为0.36 g/(g.d)时的含量,且系统的脱氮、除磷效果较好。
To investigate the influence of sludge load(F/M) and type of carbon source on the formation and transformation of intracellular storage and nitrogen and phosphorus removal,the variation of polyhydroxyalkanoate(PHA),glycogen content,and nitrogen and phosphorus removal were studied under the conditions of F/M being 0.46 and 0.36 g/(g·d),with the carbon source being sodium acetate and glucose,by simulating synthetic domestic wastewater through batch experiments.The results show that different carbon sources had discrepant influences on intracellular storage variation and nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency.The PHA content of 90.5 and 47.3 mg/g,with sodium acetate and synthetic domestic wastewater as carbon sources,was higher than that with glucose.Furthermore,a high intracellular storage content and effective nitrogen and phosphorus removal were achieved as F/M reached 0.46 g/(g·d),compared with when F/M was 0.36 g/(g·d).
