区域水资源量非均衡性评价

Evaluation of non-equilibrium distribution of regional water resources quantity

针对地区水资源分布非均衡性现象,引入水资源基尼系数概念,探讨分析水资源基尼系数的计算方法(梯形面积法和函数拟合法),建立水资源量非均衡评价模型,评价地区水资源量分布非均衡性程度和发展演化规律,提出水资源与社会经济非均衡协调发展模式。采用建立的水资源量非均衡评价模型分析江苏省水资源分布的非均衡程度,并在此基础上提出适合江苏省水资源开发利用非均衡协调发展模式。

In regard to the non-equilibrium distribution of water resources quantity,the water resources Gini coefficient is introduced,and the Gini coefficient calculation methods,which include the trapezoidal area method and the function fitting method,are discussed.A water resources non-equilibrium evaluation model was established to evaluate the non-equilibrium extent and evolvement rules of water resources exploitation.Based on this,a non-equilibrium harmonious development mode of water resources and socio-economy is put forward.The proposed model was applied to the evaluation of the non-equilibrium distribution of water resources in Jiangsu Province,and an appropriate non-equilibrium harmonious development mode of water resources was obtained.
