东江东莞段水体中生物膜生长特性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的考察东江东莞段水体生物膜的形成、发育及活性特征。方法采用一种简便的生物膜采样装置,分别于2012年4-9月在富营养化浅水江域—30和100 cm水深处自然培养和收集生物膜。结果生物膜的生长共经历了停滞期、增长期、脱落期和恢复生长期四个阶段。生物膜胞外聚糖、化学需氧量和脱氢酶含量均稳定增加,三种指标在变化趋势上存在明显一致性,且与生物量变化差异有统计学意义。表层生物膜生长速度快,并且生物量和有机质含量也较高。结论生物膜的培养时间、水体的营养状态影响生物膜的生长速度,不同发育程度下生物膜表现出的活性特征不同。 Objective To research the formation and growth characteristics of the biofilm in Dongjiang River in Dongguan.Methods A simple biofilm collection device was used to culture and collect the biofilm at 30 cm and 100 cm water depth in the shallow domain with eutrophication in Dongjiang River from April to September in 2012.Results The development of the biofilm displayed four phases: stagnation,growth,detachment and recovery.The extraeclluar polysaccharides,chemical oxygen demand(COD) and dehydrogenase of the biofilm were steadily increased.The change patterns of the three indices showed obvious consistency,and were all positively correlated with the biofilm biomass.The growth speed of the surface biofilm was faster than that of the bottom biofilm,and the surface biofilm had larger biomass and more organic.Conclusions The growth of the biofilm in Dongjiang River is influenced by culture time and nutritional factors in the water.The biofilm in different development stages shows different activity characteristics.
