2011-2012年深圳市福田区中小学生因病缺课监测结果分析

Analysis on Monitoring Results of Illness-induced Absence in Primary and Secondary School Students in Futian District of Shenzhen City from 2011 to 2012

目的分析福田区中小学生因病缺课情况,为提出有效防控措施提供依据。方法对2011-2012年深圳市福田区"学生健康监测信息系统"监测数据进行分析。结果小学、初中和高中因病缺课率为18.021%、23.312%和13.940%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=533.968,P<0.01)。女生因病缺课率高于男生,男女生因病缺课率差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.356,P<0.05)。因病缺课的主要病因是感冒、胃肠道疾病、意外伤害。结论呼吸道传染病、胃肠道疾病和意外伤害是学校疾病防控的重点。

Objective To analyze the status of illness-induced absence among primary and secondary school students in Futian District of Shenzhen City so as to provide evidences for developing the effective intervention measures.Methods We analyzed the data collected from the Students’ Health Surveillance Information System in Futian District from 2011 to 2012.Results The rates of absence from class due to illness in primary school,junior middle school and senior high school were 18.021%,23.312% and 13.940%,respectively.The differences among them were statistically significant（χ2=533.968,P0.01）.The rate of absence from class due to illness was higher in girls than in boys,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=5.356,P0.05）.The main reasons for illness-induced school absence were cold,gastrointestinal disease and accidental injuries.Conclusions More efforts should be made to control and prevent respiratory diseases,gastrointestinal diseases and accidental injuries in schools.
