110例慢性病儿童的心理行为特点及影响因素

Psychological and Behavioral Features and Influencing Factors of 110 Children with Chronic Disease

目的分析慢性病儿童的心理行为特点及影响因素。方法选择2011年7月-2012年6月于秦皇岛市妇幼保健院就诊的110例慢性病儿童作为研究对象,分别采用儿童艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)、Achenbach儿童行为筛查量表(CBCL)对患儿的心理及行为特点进行评估,并以同期健康体检儿童100例作为对照,分析对慢性病儿童心理行为可能存在的影响因素。结果慢性病儿童EPQ量表中内外向及掩饰性评分与健康儿比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);慢性病儿童的CBCL总分明显高于健康儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);患儿的心理行为明显受到性别、家庭情况、疾病稳定情况的影响(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论慢性病儿童存在一定的心理行为问题,在积极治疗疾病的同时应该加强对患儿的心理护理,促进患儿康复。

Objective To analyze the psychological and behavioral features and influencing factors of children with chronic disease.Methods One hundred and ten children with chronic disease were selected as research objects in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Qinhuangdao from July 2011 to June 2012.Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ） and Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist（CBCL） were used to assess the patients’ psychological and behavioral features.And 100 healthy children in the same period were served as controls.The factors influencing psychological and behavioral features of chronic disease children were analyzed.Results Among the results of EPQ,there were statistically significant differences in the scores of introversion-extraversion and lie between chronic disease children and the healthy controls（P0.05）.The total score of CBCL of chronic disease children was significantly higher than that of the healthy controls,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.The patients’ psychological behavior was clearly influenced by gender,family situation,and stability of illness（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusions There are some psychological and behavioral problems in children with chronic disease.It is necessary to simultaneously enhance the children’s psychological care during the time that actively treating the disease so as to promote rehabilitation of the children.
