摘要
分析概率的各种定义和产生概率的各种方法,认为"概率是随机事件发生可能性的量度"虽是最恰当的概率定义,但仍需用数学模型做进一步解释.对两种产生概率的常用方法进行归纳,它们是通过拟合数学模型而得到随机事件的概率,和对已有概率加以计算而得到新的随机事件的概率.
In this article, we analyze different definitions for probability in literatures by using certain mathematical models. We think Gnedenko's exposition about the definition of probability is not appropriate, and Kolmogoroff's axiom system is not the definition of probability too. We believe Mr. Shouren Wang's description that "probability measures the possibility of the occurrence of a random event" is the best definition of probability. Of course, this definition must he explained by mathematical model. In addition to the frequency method, Bayesian method, and equal probability method, we provide two other methods: 1) fitting the mathematical model to obtain probabilities; 2) computing probabilities by using the existing probability.
