改性水溶性PUF木材胶粘剂合成与研究

摘要 研究了强碱性条件下以苯酚、尿素和甲醛为原料,三元共缩聚的方法,制得综合性能优于同类产品的混合型水溶性酚醛-脲醛(PUF)树脂。产品胶合强度达到2.17 MPa,经8h水煮和63(±3)℃烘干处理后平均胶合强度达2.99 MPa。 Hybrid water-soluble phenolic-urea formaldehyde(PUF) resin was synthized by three-phase copolycondensation method,using phenol,urea and formaldehyde as raw materials in the presence of strong alkaline.Its comprehensive performances were better than similar products.The bond strength of the product was 2.17 MPa,while the average bond strength was 2.99 MPa after boiling in water for 8 hours and drying 63(±3) ℃.
