A Study on Internationalized Talents - Cultivating Model in Yunnan Province Facing to Southeast Asia

Cultivating internationalized talents facing to Southeast Asia is the important part in high education internationalization in Yunnan province.Based on Yunnan's condition,cultivating the special talents who are competent in mutually exchange between Yunnan and Southeast Asia,has positive significance for the Yunnan's bridgehead construction,the development of internationalization of higher education and exploring the ways of internationalized talents culti-vation.The exploration on training model of internationalization personnel toward Southeast Asia,is helpful to identify the goals and direction of the internationalization training for talents of higher education in Yunnan,and effective guidance the training work.
