呼吸ICU多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者的集束干预策略

Bundle of Care for Multiple Drug-resistant Acinetobacter Baumannii Infection in RICU

目的探讨集束干预策略在控制和预防呼吸ICU多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染中的效果。方法对12例多重耐药鲍曼不动杆茵感染患者采取严格实施接触隔离、重视手卫生管理、加强气道管理、加强营养等一系列集束干预策略。结果通过集束干预策略,12例患者中8例痰培养鲍曼不动杆茵阴性,3例自动出院,1例膀胱癌术后并发重症肌无力死亡,科室同期无此类感染发生。结论根据呼吸ICU多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染的特点,采取一系列集束干预策略,能够控制和预防该菌引起的医院感染。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of a bundle of care in the control and prevention of multiple drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii（MDR-AB）infection in respiratory intensive care unit（RICU）.Methods Twelve patients with MDR-AB infection received a series of bundle of care,including strict implementation of contact isolation,attention to hand hygiene management,and strengthening airway management and nutrition.Results After intervention with a series of bundle of care,8 patients had negative sputum culture for Acinetobacter,3 patients were discharged and 1 patient died due to myasthenia gravis after operation for bladder cancer.These infections did not occur in departments during the same period.Conclusion According to the characteristics of MDR-AB in RICU,a series of bundle of care can control and prevent MDR-AB infection in the hospital.
