培哚普利加运动疗法对高血压病人大血管内径及左心功能的影响

Effect on the majorblood vessel diameter and left cardiac function of hypertension patients treated by perindopril and exercise

目的 :探讨药物加运动疗法对高血压病人的影响。方法 :Ⅱ期高血压病人97例 ,药物加运动疗法组49例 ,单纯药物治疗组48例做对照观察。结果 :药物加运动组大血管内径及左心功能的变化优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 :ACEI能抗血管紧张素Ⅱ(AgⅡ) ,运动能够降低交感神经张力 ,二者结合对Ⅱ期高血压病疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the influence of drug plus motion therapy(DPMT) on hypertension patients.Methods:Of the 97 cases of stage Ⅱhypertension patients,49 were treated with DPMT,48 were treated merely with drug and taken as controls.Results:The variatio of large vascular's diameter and left cardiac function is more obvious in DPMT group than in controls(P< 0.01). Conclusion :ACEI is antagonist of AgⅡ,motion can relax the tension of sympathetic nerve.So combination of them has a obvious effect on stage hypertension Ⅱpatients.
