心房利钠肽与心血管疾病的临床研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 心房利钠肽(ANP)是近半个世纪以来发现并研究的一种由21~35个氨基酸残基组成的多功能活性肽,又称为心钠素、利钠素、利尿素、血管舒张素。其临床作用为利钠、利尿、舒张血管平滑肌、抑制细胞增殖等,在维持血压,水、钠平衡以及在心血管疾病的病理生理过程中发挥重要作用。本文就近年来对ANP与心血管疾病的临床研究进展予以综述。 Atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP)is composed of 21 to 35 amino acid residues from the nearly half a century since the discovery and study of a multi-functional active peptide,also known as atrial natriuretic peptide,natriuretic hormone,lee urea and vasodilation hormone.The clinical role of lee sodium,diuretic,relaxation of vascular smooth muscle,inhibition of cell proliferation and other role in the maintenance of blood pressure,water and sodium balance,and play an important role in the pathophysiology of cardiovascular disease process.ANP and cardiovascular disease clinical research progress in recent years to be reviewed.
