肌氨肽苷联合早期针灸及康复治疗对急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

The Clinical Effect Observation of Muscular Amino Acids and Peptides and Nucleosides Combined with Early Acupuncture and Rehabilitation Therapy on Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的观察肌氨肽苷联合早期针灸及康复治疗对急性脑梗死的疗效及不良反应。方法选择符合标准的120例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组、肌氨肽苷组、针灸康复组及肌氨肽苷联合针灸康复组(联合治疗组),每组30例。对照组只采用常规治疗,即抗血小板聚集及改善脑血液循环等药物治疗;肌氨肽苷组在常规治疗基础上加用肌氨肽苷;针灸康复组给予常规治疗及针灸、康复治疗;联合治疗组给予常规治疗,并给予肌氨肽苷以及针灸、康复治疗。在治疗前、治疗30d后对各组患者神经功能缺损程度评分(NIHSS)各评价1次。结果治疗30d后,对照组的总有效率为53.3%,肌氨肽苷组为60.0%,针灸康复组为66.7%,联合治疗组为93.3%。联合治疗组的疗效明显优于其他3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗30d后联合治疗组的NIHSS较其他3组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4组在治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论肌氨肽苷联合针灸、康复治疗对于急性脑梗死有较好疗效,且不良反应少。

Objective To observe the curative and untoward effect of acute cerebral infarction by muscular amino acids and peptides and nucleosides combined with early acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy.Methods Selecting the standard 120 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients who were randomly divided into the control group,group of muscular amino acids and peptides and nucleosides,acupuncture and rehabilitation group,and group of muscular amino acids and peptides and nucleosides combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation group（treatment group）,each group of 30 patients.The control group was only treated with conventional anti-platelet and improvement of cerebral blood circulation drugs.The muscular amino acids and peptides and nucleosides group in addition to conventional treatment,muscular amino acids and peptides and nucleosides was added.The third one joined conventional treatment with acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy.The joint group was given conventional treatment as well as muscular amino acids and peptides and nucleosides acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy.After curing for 30 days,the neurological function deficiency scale（NIHSS）of each patient was evaluated again.Results Treatment after 30 days,the overall effective rate was 53.3% in the control group,and group of muscular amino acids and peptides and nucleosides was 60.0%,66.7% on acupuncture rehabilitation groups,joint group of 93.3%.Effect of joint group was significantly better than the other 3 groups,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After treatment of 30d joint group NIHSS than other 3 groups significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The 4 groups during treatment had no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion Effects of muscular amino acids and peptides and nucleosides combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction curative effect is better,and less adverse reaction.
