摘要
目的观察稳心颗粒治疗心律失常的疗效。方法将60例心律失常患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),在综合治疗的基础上,治疗组加服稳心颗粒,连服4周后做心电图检查。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为60.0%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论稳心颗粒能有效缓解心律失常症状,治疗显效,且不良反应少。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Wenxin granule in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods 60 cases of arrhythmia patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（30 patients） and the control group（30 cases）,on the basis of comprehensive treatment,the treatment group added Wenxin granule,even after taking 4 weeks to do electrocardiogram.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%,the total efficiency of control group was 60.0%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;There were no obvious adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion Wenxin granule can effectively relieve arrhythmia symptom,therapeutic effect,and less adverse reaction.
