摘要
目的:探讨早期综合性康复治疗对偏瘫患者肩关节半脱位的疗效。方法 :对21例偏瘫患者肩关节半脱位进行早期综合性康复治疗 ,并与20例接受常规治疗的同病患者对照。结果 :4个月治疗后 ,两组间治愈率存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 :早期综合性康复治疗对偏瘫患者肩关节半脱位有效。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of early synthetic rehabilitation(ESR) on shoulder joint subluxation in patients with hemiplegia.Methods:ESR was practised in 21 hemiplegic patients with shoulder joint subluxation,while conventional medical treatment was adopted in the management of control group of 20 patients with same disease.Results:After 4 months,there was a significant difference in cure rate between the rehabilitation group and the control group(P< 0.01).Conclusion :ESR had therapeutic effect on shoulder joint subluxation in patients with hemiplegia.
