摘要 目的探讨新甲型H1N1流感轻症患者血清免疫学特征,指导临床治疗。方法选择新甲型H1N1流感轻症患者26例,取外周血清2 ml,采用ELISA方法进行单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、白介素6(IL-6)、白介素8(IL-8)、白介素10(IL-10)的检测。同时选取普通感冒患者32例,取外周血清2 ml,做对照研究。结果两组患者外周血清中IL-8水平差异有统计学意义(t=6.12,P<0.05),而MCP-1、IL-6和IL-10水平差异无统计学意义(t=0.56~1.52,P>0.05)。结论新甲型H1N1流感轻症患者和普通感冒患者外周血清免疫学特征基本相似,临床治疗方案也基本一致。 Objective To explore the sero -immunity characteristics of mild cases infected with influenza A H1 N1 vires. Methods A total of 26 mild cases with the new influenza A H1 N1 and 32 cases with common cold were selected. 2 ml peripheral blood was drawn from each subject and was tested by ELISA for monocyte chemo - attractant protein - 1, interleukin - 6, interleukin - 8, and interleukin - 10. Test results of the two groups were compared. Results The expression of interleukin - 8 was significantly different between the two groups ( t = 6. 12, P 〈 0. 05 ), while the expression of monocyte chemo - attractant protein - 1, interleukin - 6 and interleukin - 10 was not significantly different ( t = 0. 56 - 1.52, P 〉 0.05) . Conclusion The sero - immunology characteristics of the mild cases with the new influenza A H1 N1 virus and common cold cases are basically similar, so the therapeutic regimen can also be similar.
