基于顾客让渡价值的居民就医选择研究

On Choice of Seeking Medical Care by Residents Based on Customer Delivered Value

如何引导居民根据自身患病情况选择合适的医疗机构,降低居民就医成本、实现医疗资源的合理配置和高效利用是当前的研究热点和难点。本研究构建了居民就医的顾客让渡价值模型,分析比较疑难病症、危重急症和常见病、多发病时居民就医的顾客让渡价值。研究结果显示,居民患有危重急症和疑难病症时选择城市医院,患有常见病和多发病时选择社区卫生服务机构能获得更大的顾客让渡价值。

It is a hot and difficuh issue for the nowadays research of how to guide the residents to choose appropriate medical institutions based on their own condition of illness so as to reduce their cost of medical care, and realize the rational allocation and efficient use of the medical resources. In this paper we establish a custom delivered value model for the residents＇ medical visits so as to analyze and compare the customer delivered value of the residents in medical visits for complicated, critical, common and frequently encountered diseases. The results showed that the residents choose the urban hospitals as they suffer from complicated and critical diseases, but choose the community health service organizations as they suffer from common and frequently encountered diseases, consequently it can gain greater custom delivered value.
