摘要 社区卫生服务机构招聘医务人员,数量要适宜,既不能浪费又能满足工作需要;人员的知识结构要全面,除基本医学知识外,还应具备心理学、社会学、公共关系学、卫生管理学等相关学科知识;具有良好的协调意识、合作精神和足够的灵活性;具有服务于社会人群、与人交流的强烈愿望和持久兴趣;技术、品质要俱佳,且团队成员年龄搭配要合理,这样才能各尽所长,较好地完成工作任务。 In community health service (CHS) institutions, the amount of employed medical personnel should be moderate. The employees need to have an overall knowledge structure. They should have the relevant knowledge in psychology, sociology, public relations and health management besides the medical aspects. They need to have a well awareness of coordination, team cooperation spirit, and sufficient flexibility. They should have strong desire and persisting interests on serving society and communicating with other people. And they need to be good in both technology and quality, and their age construction should be reasonable and thus they can bring out the best of themselves so as to complete their tasks better.
