胱抑素C与心血管疾病关系的研究进展

Research Progress in Relationship between Cystatin C and Cardiovascular Diseases

胱抑素C作为一种半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂,既往研究认为其是评价早期肾损害的敏感指标之一,近年来研究发现其参与了心血管疾病的病理过程,与心血管疾病的发生、发展密切相关。本文就胱抑素C与心血管疾病关系的研究进展进行综述。

Cystatin C, a Cysteine proteinase inhibitor, was considered, by previous studies, as one of sensitive indi- cators evaluating early kidney injury. Recent researches have found that it involves in pathologic process of cadiovascular diseases and is correlated with development of cardiovascular diseases. This paper reviews the research progress in relationship between Cystatin C and cardiovascular diseases.
