摘要
以"铜箔后处理试验设备"为研究对象,详细论述了铜箔后处理机的表面张力控制原理;并设计了一套以可编程控制器为核心,以触摸屏为人机界面,以RS485总线为通讯的张力控制系统。生产运行证明,该系统运行稳定,控制精度达到要求。
Based on the copper foil postprocessor test facility as research aim, surface control principle of copper foil postprocessor is expounded in detail ; a set of tension control system is designed with programmable controller as the core, touch screen as man - ma- chine interface, RS485 bus as communication. Production running is verified that the running of this system is stable, the requirement of control accuracy is reached.
