采用粗结晶生产新国家标准硫酸铜的工业实验

Industrial Experiment of Producing New GB Cupric Sulfate Using Coarse Crystal as Raw Materials

研究了结晶母液中砷含量对硫酸铜产品砷含量的影响规律,确定了生产新国家标准农用硫酸铜对结晶母液中砷的控制要求。生产实验表明:结晶母液砷含量控制在15g/L以下,硫酸铜产品稳定达到《硫酸铜(农用)》GB437-2009的指标要求,即砷含量小于25mg/kg、铅含量小于40mg/kg、镉含量小于10mg/kg。

In this article, the rule is researched, of which As content in crystallizing mother solution influenced it in the produc- tion of cupric sulfate. The control requirement of producing new GB agricultural cupric sulfate to As content in crystallizing mother solu- tion is confirmed. Production experiments show that： when As content in crystallizing mother solution is controlled below 15g/L, As content in the product would be stably met GB437 -2009 requirement《 Copper sulfate （agricultural）》： As content,Pb content.Cd content in the product of cupric sulfate would be less than 25mg/kg,40mg/kg,10mg/kg respectively.
