摘要
2011年4月26日为期50天的祥光"双闪"炉冷修及一、二期工程对接顺利完成,经过近一个月的试运行后,投料量达到了240t/h。之后以脉动旋流喷嘴为核心的旋浮熔炼炉一直保持240～270t/h投料量。阐述了在高投料量状态下生产实践及炉况控制,在生产过程中遇到的问题及解决方案。
On April 26, 2011 for 50 days of xiangguang copper ＂ double flash＂ furnace cold repair and Ⅰ ＆ Ⅱ phase of project butt joint successfully completed. After nearly a month commissioning, the federate was reached 240 t/h. Then with pulsating vortex burner as the core of suspension floating smelting furnace keeps 220 - 240 t/h federate. The production practice and furnace condition control under high feedrate are expounded, the problems occurred during production and solutions are provided in this article.
