摘要
通过对铜精矿样品的制备、标样的化学定值、仪器条件的选择、工作曲线的制作、准确度和精密度的考核等实验,建立X射线荧光光谱仪测定铜精矿中CaO、MgO、Pb、Zn的方法。同化学分析方法比对数据相吻合,满足生产配料对铜精矿中CaO、MgO、Pb、Zn的控制,促进闪速炉的生产稳定。
Through the preparation to the copper concentrate sample, sample chemical setting, condition of instrument choice, the production curve, accuracy and precision evaluation of test experiments, the method of determining CaO, MgO, Pb, Zn in copper con- centrate is set up by X ray fluorescence spectrometer. The data coincides with the chemical analysis method, meeting the production burden to the control of CaO, MgO, Pb, Zn in copper concentrate, promoting the steady production of flash furnace.
