摘要
砷及其砷化物有剧毒,若处置不当,通过土壤、大气和水介质等各种途径进入环境,严重影响人类的生存环境。因此对含砷废料资源化利用和无害化处理一直是环保工作重要研究课题,对含砷废料来源、稳定性评价方法和资源化综合利用技术进行分析,在此基础上提出含砷废料资源化利用和无害化处置建议,要从根本上建立健全相应的法律法规、标准体系,建立相应管理网络,培育市场运行体系,强化相应的技术支撑体系,大力推广减量化、资源化、无害化的高新实用技术,从源头上重视砷及其化合物的预防与治理。
Arsenic and arsenide is virulent if disposed improperly, which could enter into the environment tilmugh soil, air and aqueous medium, affecting human beings'living environment seriously. Therefore, to utilize and dispose harmlessly the arsenic wastes is always the important research subject of environmental protection. On the basis of the analysis on the souse of arsenic waste, assess- ment method of stability and resources comprehensive utilization technology, the suggestion on recychng of arsenic waste and harmless disposal was proposed. It's very important to pay much attention to set up sound laws and regulations, standard system and managing network, foster market operation system, strengthen technical support system, and popularize the high, new and practical technology of reduction, recycling and harmlessness.
