摘要
教育实习是实习教师由"准教师"向教师过渡的专业化成长过程,期间的经历与感悟直接影响实习教师的教育信念、职业坚守和专业成长。本文从课程设置、指导教师、角色定位和评价体系方面阐述了实习教师专业成长的困境及原因,并在教师专业化视角下,为实习教师创造良好的专业成长环境提出相应对策。
Teaching practice is the process of professional development that practice teachers develop from "pre-ser- vice teachers" to teachers. Meanwhile, their experience and reflection could directly affect practice teachers' educa- tional beliefs, professional choice and professional growth. This thesis analyzes the problems of practice teachers' professional growth, as well as their reasons, from the aspect of curriculum design, instructive teachers, role orientation and evaluation system. And it proposes countermeasures for making good environment for practice teachers' professional growth under the view of teachers' professional development.
