摘要
人才培养模式是指在一定的教育思想和教育理论指导下,根据当今社会对人才的需求和学校自身的特点,为实现相应培养目标而形成的相对稳定的人才培养活动框架结构和运行机制,人才培养模式的构成要素包括四个方面:目的要素、方法要素、内容要素和评价要素。本文主要对高校外语专业人才培养模式的目的要素进行分析。
Training mode is a relatively steady frame and operating mechanism of training activities for reaching the training goals, established under the guidance of certain teaching thought or teaching theory according to the talents demands by the society and to the college own characteristics. The elements of training mode include four aspects: purpose elements, content element, method element and evaluation element. This paper analyzes the purpose dement of training mode in college foreign language majors.
