There are three basic connotations in the Xibaipo spirit,entrepreneurship,aggressiveness and innovation.Xibaipo spirit implies heritage and development of Chinese traditional culture,embodying practical and theoretical explorations.It will be helpful to build core socialist values,promote reforms and innovations of the culture construction,and ensure all-around flourishing of the cultural industry and cultural services.
