大学生情绪智力与职业价值观的关系

The Relationship Between University Students' Emotional Intelligence and Vocational Values

采用问卷调查法对在校大学生情绪智力和职业价值观的特征及其关系进行了调查研究。结果表明,大学生的情绪智力总体处于较高的水平,存在显著的性别和专业差异;大学生在择业时最看重保健因素,其次为发展因素,最后为声望地位因素;大学生情绪智力与职业价值观存在显著相关,不同情绪智力水平的大学生在职业价值观上存在显著差异。

Based on questionnaire method to study the relationship between emotional intelligence and vocational values of university students,the result shows that university students＇ emotional intelligence at a higher level with the gender and major effect differences are statistically significant.When looking for a job,university students consider hygienic factor at first,and then development factor,and finally prestige status factor.The result also shows that emotional intelligence and vocational values are significantly related to each other;university students with different emotional intelligence have different vocational values.
