不同原发性肿瘤病人淋巴细胞亚群的临床研究

Clinical Investigation of Lymphocyte Subgroup on Primary Tumor Patient

【目的】探讨不同原发性肿瘤病人外周血淋巴细胞亚群的水平变化。【方法】采用 APAAP法对 89例至少患有乳腺癌或结肠癌和相同部位伴有继发性肿瘤病人进行 CD3、 CD4 、 CD8检测。【结果】肿瘤病人 CD3、CD4 、CD4 /CD8比值明显低于正常健康组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,伴继发性结肠癌肿瘤病人 CD4 、CD4 /CD8比伴继发性乳腺癌肿瘤病人的要低 (P <0 .0 5)。【结论】不同肿瘤病人发生了不同程度的细胞免疫功能低下 ,CD3、CD4 、 CD4 /CD8值有可能对肿瘤的发生。

Objectives To investigate the level of lymphocyte subgroup on primary Tumor patients Methods The author detected the values of CD 3, CD 4, CD 4/CD 8 ratio on 89 patients with at least one carcinoma of the breast on colon and a second primary of the same or another site by using APAAP method Results The values of CD 3,CD 4,CD 4/CD 8 ratio were lower in cacer patients than in healthy controls The values of CD 4 and CD 4/CD 8 ratio were lower in patients who had a second tumor in the colon rather than in the breast Conclusions The different cancer patients exhitied different degree immunosuppression It is suggested that the values of CD 3, CD 4, CD 4/CD 8 ratio have great meanings for cancer patients who probalely develop metastasis
