高校教师优秀共产党员标准及评价指标设计

在当前社会,优秀共产党员的评选是一种常态化的活动,但是其结果常常流于形式。高校这个高学历、高素质人才聚集地也不例外。高校对教师优秀共产党员应从五个方向进行评价,即政治标准、思想标准、法律标准、作风标准及岗位标准,建立一套评价指标模型,尽可能把抽象的评价标准量化,为高校这一特殊群体优秀党员的评选结果尽量客观提供参考。

In the current society,outstanding communist party member＇s selection is an activity of normalization,but the result often becomes a form,no exception in universities where highly educated,high-quality talented persons are.College teachers＇ outstanding communist party member should be evaluated from 5 directions,namely the political standard,the thought standard,the legal standard,the style standard and the post standard,and then a set of evaluation models should be set up to make the Abstract evaluation standard quantification as far as possible for the reference.
