陈师道一生仕途偃蹇、生活困顿,生平经历与本朝前辈诗人梅尧臣有着惊人的相似。诗歌创作方面,陈师道曾受到过梅尧臣的影响。闭门觅句、喜好苦吟传承着梅尧臣做诗力主于勤、精雕细琢的写作特征,诗中追求的"以俗为雅、以故为新"的审美趣味和以此为目的所采取的创作手法则直接效法梅尧臣。另外,陈诗讲究真情实感则是对梅诗核心精神的继承。

Moreover, emphasizing true feelings in CHEN＇ s poetry inherits the core spirit of MEI＇ s poems.
