文化资源的开发利用,是发展文化产业,实现民族文化强州方略的基础和前提,是贯彻落实党的十八大精神和科学发展观的重要举措,必须给予足够的重视,必须采取切实有效的措施,真正做好,做出成效。
The development and utilization of cultural resources is the foundation and premise to improve cultural industry and to build a strong local culture. Also, it is an important measure to implement the spirit of the Eighteenth Congress and the Scientific Development Concept. Therefore we should pay much attention to it and take effective measures.
