芪苈强心胶囊佐治慢性收缩性心力衰竭38例临床研究

Clinical study of Qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of 38 cases of chronic congestive heart failure

目的观察芪苈强心胶囊佐治慢性心力衰竭的疗效以及对患者生活质量的影响。方法 72例慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者随机分2组,对照组34例为常规抗心力衰竭药物对照组,治疗组38例为联合应用芪苈强心胶囊治疗组。疗程均为12周,观察住院时间、再住院率、6 min步行试验、明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量评分、血浆NT-proB-NP、心脏彩色超声检测左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)。结果 2组治疗后6min步行试验、明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量评分均明显改善(P<0.01),LVEF值明显提高(P<0.01),血浆NT-proBNP水平明显下降(P<0.01),但LVEDD差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗组在6 min步行试验、心力衰竭生活质量评分、LVEF的改善和NT-proBNP水平下降均优于对照组(P<0.05),但LVEDD差异不明显(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗组住院时间缩短(P<0.05),再住院率下降(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率94.74%高于对照的79.41%(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭疗效好,具有较好的社会经济效益。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure and assessment of quality of patients＇ life.Methods Seventy two patients were randomly divided into 2 groups：control group of 34 patients were treated with regular anti failure therapy;therapy group of 38 patients were treated with Qiliqiangxin capsule on the basis of regular therapy.Treatment period were 12 weeks.Hospitalization time,re-hospitalization rate,6 min walking testing,Minnesota life quality scores,the plasma N terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide（NT-proBNP）,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and left ventricular end diastolic dimension（LVEDD） were measured by ultrasonic cardiogram.Results After 12 weeks treatment,6 min walking distance,Minnesota life quality scores,the plasma NT-pro BNP level,LVEF were significantly improved compared with those before treatment in both groups（P0.01）,but LVEDD were not promoted significantly （P0.05）.Besides,the improvement of 6min walking distance,Minnesota life quality scores,LVEF and NT-proBNP in therapy group was superior to the control group（P0.05）.But there was no difference in LVEDD（P0.05）. Compared with control group,hospitalization time and re-hospitalization rate were reduced more obviously in therapy group （P0.05）.The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than control group（94.74%vs 79.41%,P0.05）.Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule is effective for the chronic heart failure patients.It has better social and economic benefits.
