芪苈强心胶囊辅治对扩张型心肌病患者心脏功能及心脏β_1和M_2受体自身抗体的影响

Effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule on cardiac function and β_1,M_2 receptor autoantibodies in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

目的对比观察芪苈强心胶囊辅治对扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者心脏功能及心脏β_1和M_2受体自身抗体的影响。方法将68例扩张型心肌病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊1.2g口服,每日3次,疗程为12周。检测2组患者治疗前、后心功能指标,以及心脏β_1和M_2受体自身抗体滴度的变化。结果 (1)2组患者经过治疗后,部分心功能指标均较治疗前有改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)治疗后,观察组心脏β_1、M_2受体自身抗体滴度较之治疗前及对照组均有减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而对照组治疗前、后心脏β_1和M_2受体自身抗体滴度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊能改善扩张型心肌病患者的自身免疫状况。

Objective To observe the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule on cardiac function andβ_1,M_2 receptor autoantibodies in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy（DCM）.Methods 68 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,34 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group were added Qiliqiangxin capsule,1.2g,3 times a day,treatment course for 12 weeks.Cardiac function index,β_1 and M_2 receptor autoantibodies changes were detected in 2 groups before and after treatment.Results （1） After treatment some indexes of cardiac function were improved in 2 groups,the difference was statistically significant （P0.05 ）,but the difference between groups was not statistically significant（P0.05 ）,（2） After treatment,cardiacβ_1 receptor autoantibodies,M_2 receptor autoantibody titers in observation group were decreased than those before treatment （P0.05 ）.While there was no significant difference in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule can improve the autoimmune conditions in dilated cardiomyopathy patients.
