摘要 文章构建了旅游形象分析的"二维三地四脉"理论模型。从内部和外部两个方面,运用新"四脉"理论等,对旅游地、竞争地和客源地及三者之间的关系进行了分析。旅游地分析包括地脉分析和文脉分析,分别研究旅游地的自然地理背景和社会文化背景,以资源为导向,是旅游形象的本体。竞争地分析即商脉分析,从旅游形象区分的角度,研究旅游地之间旅游形象的屏蔽与叠加效应,以竞争为导向,是对旅游地形象的第一次修正。客源地分析即人脉分析,是针对旅游者的旅游形象感知调查研究,以需求为导向,是对旅游地形象的第二次修正。 The paper presents a theoretical model of the tourism image analysis of "Two sides, Three places, and Four pul- ses". From both internal and external aspects, this article uses the new "Four -pulse" theory and other theories of relationship to analyze the relationship among the tourist destination, competitive destinations and tourist origin. Destination analysis combines natural and social analysis, which studies the natural and geographical background and socio - cultural background of the destina- tion, and it is resource - oriented and is the basic part of tourism image. The competitive destinations analysis studies the shielded and the superimposed effects of the tourism image between destinations from the tourism image distinction. It is competition - ori- ented, and is the first amendment to the destination image. Tourist origins analysis is a research to the tourists ~mage perception. It is demand -driven, and is the second amendment to the destination image.
